I often hear 'how do I remember to do my meditation practice'
I usually stress the importance of making meditation a daily habit .. just like brushing your teeth. You wouldn't go to bed at night without brushing your teeth, would you? you don't re-negotiate with yourself every night about whether you are going to brush your teeth, you just DO IT!
Habits are formed through repetition , repetition, repetition.
You can also build up an associate with an existing string of triggers, such as wake, pee, drink, meditate
