I realized (meaning, I truly deeply realized) today that 2014 is moving much faster than I thought towards the finish line.
And 2015 is just around the corner (not to mention all the busyness, rushing and chaos that sits in-between). So NOW might be the ideal time to get started with learning to meditate .. and we have two final 2014 classes coming up:

For those new to meditation or those seeking to reconnect with their practice. The Exploring Meditation course runs over a period of six weeks so we have time to explore a range of different meditation techniques so that you have an opportunity to find the best practice for YOU! Class notes and OM-work provided each week.
