when I have some 'down time' and my mind starts getting creative and inspired .. I love to make these meditation picture quotes and send them out into the world through various social media networks.
I love instagram and I also keep in touch with many of you through Facebook (but I can't quite get excited yet about any of the other networks).
So I thought tonight that I would put some of my favourite little picture quotes onto a new page called QUOTES (doh!) which I hope you will enjoy - and feel free to post or pass along.
