Most fun of all is getting immersed into writing the six Meditation Modules for the upcoming Ihana Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program .. which by the way

#1 A condensed version of the Exploring Meditation six-week course which explores the 'how' and the 'why' of meditation, along with exploring a range of meditation practices so participants can find the practice that best suits them *this module is available as a standalone (you do not need to complete the entire course if you just wish to learn more about meditation for your personal practice ~ 5hr workshop is $230)

#2 The 'art and science' of meditation reviewing some of the many forms of meditation, a look at the historical timeline of meditation, the similarities and differences between practices and traditions, and the knowledge coming from current scientific research

#3 What is the role of facilitator or teacher? looking at boundaries and ethical responsibilities, cultivating a non-judgmental approach and understanding contra-indications, how to create a safe effective environment for learning, putting together lesson plans for different learning style, and preparing a well designed guided meditation

#4 What do you wish to share and what is your motivation?  Finding your 'voice' and becoming comfortable in discussing meditation with others, along with researching and developing your unique offering
