Last year I really enjoyed participating in a fantastic program called Mindful in May. A whole month of learning and exploring mindfulness in daily life.
The Mindful in May program offers YOU the opportunity to learn more about Mindfulness through a daily mindfulness practice emailed to you every day (a ten minute practice each day for one month) ... AND help raise vital funds for the building of freshwater wells in the developing world.
So your mindfulness journey is actually helping bring clean and safe water to those who desperately need it!
This year I thought it would be fun to share the Mindful in May journey together (we can Facebook, Instagram and Blog about how it's all going and what we learn).
