Quiet Mind At Work : LIVE!


Over the last few years I have been invited into a number of Melbourne organisations to share meditation and practical relaxation skills with their team. 

I have run lunch and learn workshops such as 'Meditative Exercises for Immediate Stress Relief', participated in corporate Mental Health Week activities, worked one-on-one with executives as a 'meditation coach', and tailored six and eight week programs to assist professional teams to self manage their stress.

Prior to Quiet Mind Meditation I enjoyed a long career in the corporate world .. so I am well acquainted with the challenges and demands and importance of employee wellness!

Quiet Mind At Work is our EXCITING new 'go to place' .. for practical and straightforward information on relaxationa and meditation .. with articles focused on research and implementation of meditation practices within the corporate sector .. tips and online resources to support you, your team, your organisation. 

Stress of course is a fact of life .. but too much stress is unhealthy and unproductive. Nobody performs at their best when their creativity and life energy is literally draining fom their body and mind, when they are consumed with anxiety and overwhelm.
