I wanted to share one of my favourite Meditative Exercises with you tonight .. the 4-7-8 Breath.
A Meditative Exercise is a simple, straightforward and brief practice that can be done pretty much anywhere, at any time. It enables you to apply the skill of meditation into the reality of everyday life : super easy and excellent for relaxing very quickly.
