Meditation online

I am often asked 'how do I remember to do my meditation practice' .. my usual answer is to try and make meditation a daily habit and habits are formed through repetition - repetition - repetition, along with using triggers to remind you; such as 'wake, pee, drink, meditate'


You might like to get a reminder to meditate through our Instagram or Facebook pages .. where each morning and evening (not too often we promise) we l-o-v-e to post about meditation ..
