Rest comfortably
Close your eyes
Take time for a nice, deep inhalation
Notice that you are 'breathing in'
Take time for a nice, long exhalation
Notice that you are 'breathing out'
Notice where you are breathing
Notice how your breath feels today
Breathing in .. know that you are breathing in
Breathing out .. know that you are breathing out
Watching the breath
At the nostrils, the belly or the chest
And rest.
Just breathe.
Notice still body and mind.
Just five minutes of calm and ease!
