Tuesday Morning Meditation

Tuesday Morning Meditation Classes for MAY:
1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th

Meditation Bliss Hour

at St Leonards Community Hall, Brighton

This is a casual group class for an hour of guided meditation practice and a little instruction.

Over the past month we have developed a program that starts with a short meditative exercise (to quickly reduce stress), followed by some gentle movement meditation and finishing with a slightly longer 20-25minute guided practice.

There is enough instruction provided if you have not meditated before .. and enough silence to find your way. 

St Leonards Hall provides a welcoming, warm and ambient space with plenty of parking available.  Class is $10
