A bumped into this fun youtube animation by Martin Boroson, author of the One-Moment Meditation program .. and it reminded me of the course I did via Oprah back in April 2010 .. so, I hunted down the course notes (which are still online) and if this little video sparks your interest .. go to Oprah - Transform Stress in 30 Days with One Moment Meditation. All it takes is a moment ..( although I have to say .. moment meditations are excellent for releasing some of the day to day stress that we carry around with us, however most of the wonderful health and wellbeing benefits of meditation are more likely to enter our lives when we establish a longer (and regular) meditation practice .. but as we are all unique .. we all have our own unique journey .. enjoy!)
