Lunchtime Enlightenment


Each work day I share a 'Lunchtime Enlightenment' post on the Quiet Mind Meditation FB page to motivate and inspire you to take a few moments (or minutes) during your lunch break for a gentle daily mindfulness practice. 

Life is busy. We are all busy. But taking just a few moments to PAUSE and BREATHE can be empowering and life changing. 

Today's tip : “It has been proven in clinical studies that 2 hours of nature sounds a day can significantly reduce stress hormones - by up to 800% and activate 500-600 DNA segments responsible for healing and repairing the body. During lunchtime today try to get outside and lie on the grass.
