I would you like to share with you one of my guided meditations. This is a Breath Awareness Meditation and is one of the more 'traditional' meditation practices that I have recorded on my Find The Stillness CD.
In this meditation we simply rest our attention on the flow of our life breath. This is building mindfulness. We simply observe the inhalation, the exhalation and the delightful brief pause at the very end of the exhalation. This 'pause' is possibly the stillest, most silent and peaceful moment we shall ever experience.

Always after a meditation (guided or not) I suggest you remain seated and just 'sit'. It is important that we spend some time just 'being' in that open field of peacefulness, enjoying the moment until we decide we are ready to gently and slowly return to your day.
There is never any need to rush. Enjoy!
